                Role Description:
The Communications Specialist – External Communications & Paid Media is responsible for driving external communication strategies across organic and paid digital channels, with a strong and specific focus on paid media performance.
This role aims to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and campaign effectiveness through data-driven decision-making, continuous optimization, and close collaboration with cross-functional global teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Manage and support external communications initiatives across organic and paid digital platforms.
• Develop and implement advanced audience segmentation strategies, including custom audiences, lookalikes, and remarketing.
• Execute continuous A/B testing across creatives, copy, formats, and audiences to improve performance.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize conversion tracking, pixels, tags, and events (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
• Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and reach, translating data into actionable insights.
• Produce clear and detailed performance reports, including analysis and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate effectively with content, creative, analytics, and marketing teams across a complex global organization.
• Record, produce, and adapt functional content (video and graphic assets) for paid campaigns and organic channels.
• Ensure brand consistency, messaging alignment, and tone of voice across all external communications.
• Manage media budgets and track investment efficiency.
• Stay up to date with paid media trends, tools, and best practices.

Technical Skills & Knowledge
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, budget tracking).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of digital tracking, analytics, and performance optimization.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, external communications, social media, or paid media management.
• Proven experience managing performance-driven paid media campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent writing, editing, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English and Spanish oral and written communication skills (English B2 or higher).
