Bookkeeper Staff Accountant

We help US businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Bookkeeper Staff Accountant positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working directly with the business.

Responsibilities:
• Manage financial records and transactions using accounting software
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Process invoices and payments through online platforms
• Communicate with vendors via email and phone for financial inquiries
• Assist with QuickBooks Online and Jobtread integrations, complete Jobtread bookkeeping/admin certs
• Maintain accounting for new construction builds and land development
• Keep track of Credit Card transactions
• Perform general bookkeeping tasks including data input, job costing, and profitability analysis
• Manage bills payment, invoice management, and bank/credit card reconciliations
• Draft financial statements, handle billing, invoicing, and month-end reporting
• Create charts of accounts and categorize expenses

Qualifications:
• 1+ Years as a Bookkeeper And Accountant or similar position
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
• Energetic & upbeat
• Team Player
• Willing to listen to feedback & improve
