About the Role
We’re looking for a Java Developer (Spring Boot) to build and maintain scalable backend services that power modern applications. In this role, you’ll work on API development, business logic, and integrations, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.
This role is ideal for developers who enjoy backend development, clean architecture, and working with Java in modern, cloud-ready environments.
What you'll do:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs supporting web and mobile applications.
- Implement business logic, data processing, and system integrations.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of professional experience with Java development.
- Hands-on experience using Spring Boot in production environments.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and backend design principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Spring Data, JPA/Hibernate.
- Exposure to microservices or distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Docker or CI/CD pipelines.
