What we're looking for
We’re partnering with a US-based company that acquires and scales multiple e-commerce brands that manufacture their products in the United States. Among these brands is a premium boating lifestyle line known for its high-quality cleaning products and passionate community.
You’ll lead the organic social and community strategy for this brand and support others in the portfolio, spotting trends, sparking viral moments, and turning an already enthusiastic audience into a powerful, engaged community.

What You’ll Be Doing
- You will build and own the full organic strategy for Meta and TikTok, ensuring content, community, and growth initiatives align with brand goals.
- Spot trends, collaborate with creators, and ensure content aligns with what’s resonating on each platform.
- Build and maintain the social content calendar based on strategy and goals.
- Track and report KPIs, including follower growth, reach, engagement, UGC inflow, saves, and shares.
- Engage daily with followers and keep conversations active across all platforms.
- Manage the brand’s Facebook Group and build chats for ambassadors and creators.
- Partner with content creators and support influencer outreach alongside the marketing manager.

Requirements
- Prior hands-on social media management experience for consumer brands.
- Ability to build and own the full organic strategy for Meta and TikTok, ensuring content, community, and growth initiatives align with brand goals.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-performing content and communities you’ve grown.
- Community management experience (Facebook Groups, Discord, WhatsApp, or similar).
- Influencer outreach experience and an eye for identifying great partners.
- Deep fluency in Instagram and TikTok culture and trends.
- Ability to build content calendars that follow strategy, not guesswork.
- Comfort analyzing KPIs and optimizing based on data.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Highly organized, independent, and reliable, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Understanding of creator collaboration and how to keep creators aligned with trends.

Nice to Have
- Basic CapCut knowledge.
- Experience managing ambassador communities.
