Mission of the Division

You join our global Publisher Acquisition team, focused on expanding MGID’s premium publisher network and ensuring profitable, long-term partnerships. In Latin America, your mission is to accelerate MGID’s presence in a highly competitive native advertising market through strategic deal-making and trusted relationships with Tier 1 publishers.

Intro About the Role

As a Senior Publisher Acquisition Manager, you play a key role in expanding MGID’s supply footprint across Latin America. You develop relationships with leading publishers, structure competitive native monetization deals, and drive sustainable revenue and margin growth. You operate with senior-level autonomy while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations and high-impact performance.

What You’ll Do

- Negotiate and close monetization agreements with publishers, including revenue share, prepayment, and hybrid models.

- Drive the full commercial cycle: from prospecting and building a pipeline of Tier 1 publishers to closing and expanding long-term partnerships.

- Proactively manage key publisher accounts, ensuring performance, viewability, retention, and continuous optimization of results.

- Analyze performance reports and financials to understand the impact of each deal, identify risks/opportunities, and propose commercial improvements.

- Structure creative, competitive commercial proposals that allow MGID to win against established market players in native advertising.

- Collaborate with global and regional teams (Success Management, Legal, Product, and others) to ensure smooth integrations, compliant contracts, and ongoing support.

- Identify and develop audience growth and monetization opportunities tailored to each publisher’s vertical (e.g., news, sports, entertainment).

- Maintain a deep understanding of the native advertising landscape, competition, and contract constraints in the region, and use this to inform your negotiation strategy.

- Represent MGID at industry events and client meetings in key markets, building a strong presence in the regional digital ecosystem.

- Contribute as a senior team member by sharing best practices, supporting colleagues, and raising the overall level of expertise within Publisher Acquisition.

Requirements
Who You Are

Bring 5+ years of experience in similar roles within adtech, digital media, or programmatic monetization, working directly with publishers.

- Understand and work confidently with key monetization metrics such as RPM, eCPM, viewability, retention, and related performance indicators.

- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle high-level conversations with Tier 1 publishers and senior stakeholders.

- Communicate clearly and professionally in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, for internal and external interactions (including global teams and, potentially, US Hispanic partners).

- Apply solid analytical skills to read and interpret performance reports, margin and revenue data, and translate insights into commercial actions.

- Thrive in multicultural, collaborative environments, working with colleagues and clients across multiple countries and time zones.

- Show a proactive, results-oriented, consultative mindset, comfortable with a high volume of outreach, negotiations, and deal management across many markets.

- Feel confident structuring deals, understanding basic financial implications, and participating in contract discussions as a senior commercial counterpart.

Nice to Have

- Hands-on experience with SSPs, Google Ad Manager (GAM), Google Tag Manager (GTM).

- Background working with premium LATAM publishers.

- Experience with native advertising platforms.

Where You Are Located

You are based in Bogotá (Colombia) or Lima (Peru).

The role includes regional travel (for example, to key markets and events), with trips expected roughly once per quarter, depending on business priorities.
