Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for senior developers to fill potential openings for our clients. If you meet the minimum qualifications below, please apply and we will reach out if we think you could be a good fit.

Responsibilities may include:
- Collaborating with team members on projects and tasks.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Building front-end design systems and application workflows with assistance of AI coding tools.
- Managing back-end scripts and databases.
- Architecting data flows, relationships, and API connections.
- Connecting custom applications with ERPs such as SAP and CRMs such as Salesforce and Hubspot.
- Managing platform security and CI/CD.
- Other miscellaneous development tasks, as needed.
- Manage deployment to Google Cloud, AWS, and on-premise environments.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong strategic development aptitude, as well as an understanding of and ability to execute the full development process.
- Experience owning feature development across the stack.
- Experience owning CI/CD workflows
- Proficiency with GitHub, Google Cloud, AWS, and on-premise environments.
- Proficiency in high-fidelity UI design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.
- Proficiency in manual coding HTML/CSS/Javascript (in particular, React).
- Proficiency in manual coding backend languages such as Java, Node, Python, C#.
- Proficiency in managing SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency using AI-enabled IDEs such as Cursor and Windsurf.
- Strong understanding of data flows, RESTful APIs, and enterprise-level platform security.
- Experience in working closely with designers, product managers, and other developers.
- An inherent drive to help others.
- Skill in delivering human-centered design solutions.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to take ownership of projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Eighteen years of age or older.
- Legally permitted to work in your country of residence.
- Advanced in understanding and producing spoken and written English and Spanish within a workplace context (C1 or higher).
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Haves

- A college-level degree or professional certificate in design or a design-related field.
- Proficiency in using additional graphic design and animation tools.
- Experience in B2B SaaS and/or enterprise.
- Experience working with ERPs, especially SAP.
- Experience working in a consultancy or agency context.
