Overview:
We are seeking a Front-End Engineer with strong visual and user-experience instincts to join our team. The ideal candidate is proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript, experienced with React, and has a solid understanding of responsive design and modern CSS. While deep engineering strength is welcome, strong design awareness and front-end presentation skills are essential. Experience with accessibility best practices is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance front-end features using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Translate design concepts and user experience requirements into high-quality, accessible UI components.
- Ensure consistent visual quality across platforms with strong attention to layout, typography, and styling.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver polished user experiences.
- Implement accessibility best practices (ARIA, semantic markup, keyboard navigation, etc.).
- Optimize applications for performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Front-end Development roles.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with ReactJS and related tooling.
- Experience with web accessibility standards and best practices.
- Solid understanding of CSS, responsive design, and component-based styling approaches.
- Demonstrated visual/design awareness and the ability to produce clean, well-structured UIs.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Availability to work within US business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles, design systems, or component libraries.
- Experience with build tools, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
