They’re looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist who will lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta. This role is primarily execution-focused and is key to driving qualified leads, conversions, and strong performance for B2B clients.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement paid advertising strategies across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Optimize campaigns through data analysis, testing, and ongoing adjustments to improve ROI.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from $5K to $100K.
- Produce detailed performance reports and communicate insights directly to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.

What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns.
- Proven success running Google Ads and Meta Ads for B2B clients.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication skills and experience interacting directly with clients.
- Background in local marketing; CRO experience and service-based industry exposure are a plus.
