Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a Marketing Assistant (Full-Time, Remote) to support their digital marketing and brand operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and has both creative and analytical strengths. This role involves managing social media content, coordinating influencer and affiliate projects, and analyzing performance data to enhance marketing efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule social media content across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other key channels.
- Use scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite or similar platforms to automate posting.
- Collaborate with content creators, affiliates, and influencers to manage User Generated Content (UGC) and partnerships.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Assist in campaign management, paid ad coordination, and asset tracking.
- Design simple visuals, graphics, and templates using Canva or similar tools.
- Support marketing projects by preparing reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely campaign execution.
- Conduct competitor analysis and performance benchmarking.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or similar roles (preferably within U.S.-based eCommerce or D2C brands).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Proficiency in social scheduling and analytics tools.
- Excellent English communication and grammar skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital engagement and brand storytelling.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or Walmart Seller Center.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, or TikTok Ads Manager.
- Experience managing influencer or affiliate marketing programs.

C1, C2, Native

Schedule:
9-5 PM
