Job Summar

You will leverage your expertise across HR compliance, data analysis, employee relations, and workforce planning to develop and optimize AI-driven solutions for core people operations functions

Key Responsibiliti
- esDesign, develop, and implement AI training modules focused on Employee Relations & Communication, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning, HR Compliance & Policy Management, and HR Data Analysis & Process Optimizatio
- n.Collaborate with HR and People Operations professionals to identify business needs and translate them into actionable AI training objective
- s.Utilize HR systems such as ATS, HRIS, and payroll platforms to extract and analyze data related to turnover, hiring metrics, and employee performanc
- e.Leverage insights from data analysis to drive continuous improvement in HR processes, employee experience, and organizational efficienc
