                As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding Yango Cargo’s delivery services by engaging businesses, presenting solutions, and driving sales growth. With 1-2 or more years of sales experience, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, you will identify new market opportunities, conduct stakeholder outreach through calls and surveys, and provide insights into operational challenges. Your ability to negotiate effectively, analyze service performance, and build lasting stakeholders relationships will be essential to supporting demand growth and improving operations

Responsibilities:

- Development of Cargo service across demand and operations streams
- Presentation of the service to stakeholders (Partners, Drivers, etc)
- Search and communication, sales of the Yango Cargo Delivery service to small businesses
- Calls to stakeholders (Partners, Drivers, etc)
- Conducting surveys by phone and offline
- Search for new service growth points
- Identification of operational issues from stakeholders (Partners, Drivers)

Requirements:

- Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Learner is quick, wants to reach new skills.
- Ambitious and passionate attitude.
- Good negotiating skills.
- Can identify strengths and weaknesses of services and products.
- Can work with large amounts of data.
- Work in the office and outside the office at markets in Lima.
