Job Description
:Our Client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technically fluent Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Founder across executive operations, project management, and content strategy. This role blends executive assistance, project coordination, and content oversight—ensuring efficient operations, seamless communication, and consistent progress on strategic priorities
.
Responsibilities of the rol
e:• Manage the Founder’s schedule, meetings, and day-to-day prioritie
s.• Prepare presentations, proposals, and internal documentatio
n.• Create and refine efficient operational processe
s.• Handle follow-ups, meeting notes, and ensure execution of key task
s.• Coordinate communication between leadership, clients, and internal teams while maintaining confidentialit
y.• Collaborate with project managers to align deliverables, budgets, and timeline
s.• Oversee internal and special projects, ensuring priorities are me
t.• Help establish end-to-end processes for approvals, reviews, and deliverie
s.• Track project financials and ensure billing accurac
y.• Use project management tools to monitor progress, identify risks, and maintain team visibilit
y.• Support and optimize content creation for blogs, portfolios, and social platform
s.• Use AI tools to improve content efficiency and performance trackin
g.• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent publishing cadenc
e.• Support recruitment processes including job description creation, stage-one interviews, and documentatio

Required Experience and Qualificatio
ns:• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or a Chief of Staff/Executive Assistant role within a creative, agency, or tech environme
nt.• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneous
ly.• Strong writing and organizational skil
ls.• Experience using project management tools and working with cross-functional tea
ms.• Understanding of creative and technical project lifecycl
es.
